Tele Sales Specialist – Merchant Services

• Sell payment solutions including POS systems, eCommerce gateways, and mobile payment tools
• Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads and execute targeted outbound follow-up to drive conversion
• Assess client needs and deliver customized merchant solutions aligned to business objectives
• Educate clients on payment security, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from consultation through application, onboarding, and activation
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide a seamless end-to-end client experience
• Support inbound inquiries from customers and prospects within the Merchant Services contact center
• Assist with account setup and onboarding across multiple platforms and industries
• Navigate multiple systems to address questions related to funding, billing, interchange, and payment operations
• Achieve sales goals, service standards, and key performance metrics

• 2+ years of Merchant Services or Contact Center Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Experience in consultative sales, financial services, or solution-based selling environments
• Merchant Services, payments, or fintech industry experience
• Proven success managing outbound sales efforts and pipeline development
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency
• Experience handling inbound customer service inquiries alongside sales responsibilities
• Understanding of financial documentation, regulatory disclosures, and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency navigating CRM tools, multiple systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
• Willingness to work on-site at stated location
