Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Sales Executives (calendar management, scheduling, travel).
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events (agendas, materials, logistics, follow-ups).
- Support sales outreach (prospect lists, sequencing support, CRM updates, follow-up tracking).
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns, share lead feedback, and support collateral/events.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize effectively.
- Sales experience or relevant coursework (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with strong proofreading/editing ability.
- Comfortable learning new software systems quickly.
