Looking for a flexible, commission-driven sales opportunity? Escapology Scottsdale is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. Whether you're building a sales career or looking for flexible independent contract work, this role rewards initiative and results.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Escapology Scottsdale, bringing the thrill of escape room adventures to more customers and businesses. Your main responsibilities include:

• Making reciprocal contact with local businesses and organizations to promote our escape room and event experiences.
• For each business, identifying and collecting contact information for three key people: our contact (whoever you spoke with), the planner (who would coordinate the event), and the approver (who gives final approval and/or pays for it). For each of these three people, you'll gather first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
• Driving outside sales of event and party rental space, venue buyouts, and gift cards.
• Meeting weekly outreach targets while managing your own schedule.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with multiple ways to earn:

• Weekly outreach pay: $500/week for making reciprocal contact with exactly 50 businesses/organizations that week (with the three-role contact info above collected for each). 50 is both the minimum and the target - there's no pay for weeks under 50 contacts, and no additional pay for exceeding 50.
• Commission: 20% commission on all outside sales of event and party rental space, venue buyouts, and gift cards.
• Promo code bonus: $1 per room booked using your personal promo code.
• Prime Pay bonus: An extra $25 for any week that includes hours worked Friday nights or Saturdays.
• Pay schedule: Weekly pay via direct deposit, issued the Wednesday following the Saturday each work week ends.

• Minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 days per week.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.
