Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and wants to be rewarded directly for performance.
There is abase salary to start
plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers within your territory
• Promote and sell services:
  asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, and line striping
• Provide on-site estimates and consultations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closed deals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in B2B or service-related sales (construction, property maintenance, or landscaping industries preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to inspect job sites and explain service benefits
• Willingness to work on commission-only structure initially

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission
• Competitive commission rates
