Personal Lines Risk Advisor

$45,000 + GREAT Commission & Bonus Structure

Sales for our Personal Lines team is done by our Risk Advisors (also known as an Agents or Producers) As a Risk Advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring and closing new business, cross-selling of current business, and servicing new policies as needed. You will consistently develop and maintain relationships with referral partners through proactive outreach, self-marketing and attending networking events.

You must excel in product line expertise, showcasing the ability to achieve the quality-of-service standards we’ve set as a company.

• Write new P&C business and cross-sell for maximum benefit
• Cultivate new relationships through networking, cold-calling, and warm leads
• Manage leads from referral partners such as mortgage, construction, and real estate
• Utilize our proprietary tech for increased quote and cross-selling capacity
• Manage relationships within the book of business

• P&C License + 1 year of experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Experience operating multiple tech platforms simultaneously
• Confidently works with urgency to meet deadlines
