The Jewelry Client Advisor builds lasting client relationships through personalized service, product knowledge, and elevated selling. The role serves clients in-store and digitally, using technology and styling expertise to meet sales and clienteling goals.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the store.
- Recommend merchandise in person and digitally based on product knowledge and client preferences.
- Build and maintain a client base through personalized outreach, follow-up, and digital tools.
- Meet sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals while promoting store services and loyalty programs.
- Support store operations, maintain the selling floor, and collaborate with colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Motivation and a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Technology skills and experience selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, retail, and commission sales experience preferred.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
