• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Sell a variety of personal insurance products, including Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella, and related coverage.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and coverage options.
• Identify and overcome common sales objections while effectively communicating the value of insurance solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, services, and agency systems.
• Participate in company and agency training programs to continually enhance product and sales knowledge.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by following established sales processes and best practices.
• Contribute to individual and agency goals through new business development, cross-selling, account rounding, and other growth initiatives.
• Utilize multiple business-development resources, including inbound and outbound calls, referral partnerships, marketing, social media, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous sales experience preferred, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard business applications, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM preferred.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
