Client Advisor - Spanish Speaker

The Client Advisor delivers the Tiffany Experience by building lasting client relationships and providing elevated in-store service. This role focuses on driving sales and loyalty through clienteling, appointments, and exceptional hospitality while representing the brand with professionalism and creativity. The position requires strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours.

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction.
• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data, cultivate new and existing client relationships, and convert through appointments.
• Execute elevated in-store experiences, optimize hospitality and amenities, and act on client feedback.

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Spanish speaking and ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
