The Beauty Advisor provides exceptional customer service and drives sales for the Hourglass beauty line. The role builds lasting customer relationships through personalized consultations, clienteling, and product expertise.
Responsibilities- Meet individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Deliver personalized service, consultations, product application, and follow-up.
- Record customer information and preferences using clienteling tools.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and account executives.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success and ability to exceed quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and with a team.
