As a member of our Global Security Operations Center, you will report directly to the Global Security Operations Manager. Your role involves safeguarding our operations and assets around the world, ensuring a secure environment for employees, clients, and partners while utilizing advanced technology to monitor and respond to security incidents.

• Monitor alarms, including fire, door, and duress alarms, while answering routine and emergency calls.
• Monitor CCTV to protect the building and assets, preventing or helping to stop any crime.
• Respond to life safety incidents (medical emergencies, natural disasters) and dispatch security officers, ERT, police, fire, and EMS personnel as needed via phone and radio.
• Manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature, maintaining the company’s confidentiality and information security practices.
• Create dispatch records for each officer deployed during your shift and initiate incident reports and work orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Monitor alert media to identify, analyze, and support all events and incidents that impact or could impact operations, facilities, and employees globally.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems, including CCTV and access control, to ensure proper functionality.
• Actively participate in projects related to the GSOC role, providing input and guidance or taking full ownership of initiatives based on individual expertise and capabilities.
• Monitor live AB4 body camera footage.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Familiarity with security CCTV monitoring systems and protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple lines of communication and multitask.
• Basic proficiency with surveillance and alarm systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a GSOC, corporate security, or a similar role.
• Possess a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) &/or be able to obtain within 180 days of hire.
• Experience in incident response and crisis management.
• Knowledge of physical security protocols and procedures.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of global security challenges and cultural sensitivity for operating in diverse environments.

Within the Axon manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, ambient temperatures, close quarters, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, exposure to vibrations, and industrial lighting.
