Security/Facilities – A minimum of one position will be located at Fort Huachuca and a minimum of three positions will be located at DMAFB, Tucson.

The Contractor shall provide facilities and security assistance support for HT-JCOEJ2and J4. The Contractor shall:

Support facility management and access control for facilities/services and projects at HT-JCOE Davis-Monthan AFB. Escort un-cleared visitors into and around all HT-JCOE locations. Validate access requirements for all personnel; ensure required documents and clearance databases are verified for vetting of all visitors prior to admittance to any HT-JCOE facility or issuance of identification badges. Ensure restricted/prohibited items are not brought into the facilities, report violations to security manager.

Conduct bi-weekly inspections of HT-JCOE facilities at all HT-JCOE locations; ensure HT-JCOE SOPs and guidelines regarding facilities and physical security are being followed. Support and upload all inspection documents, checklists, and forms to HT-JCOE Automated Document Repository. Assist with the completion of facilities’ custodial cleaning in classified/controlled spaces. Obtain latrine custodial supplies and ensure select facilities are always stocked. Assist with Real Property Key Control and security container duties.

Handle, store, and transport classified materials. In-process cadre and students Monitor CCTV feeds and respond to entry points as needed. Assist with monthly alarm tests and respond to facility alarms, to include after hours as needed. Assist with opening/closing operations for HT-JCOE controlled facilities. Potential to work on Federal Holidays if students are in session or in case of emergencies.

Qualifications for Senior Facility Support Specialist (For Davis Monthan personnel) –J2(Direct Support to Training)

TOP SECRET//SCI security clearance. Minimum three years’ experience or related undergraduate degree from an accredited institution in security management, information management, or related field (experience in lieu of education may be considered). Three years’ experience with customer relations, facility access control, and escort operations. Three years’ experience of container and key control management. Three years’ experience of access control and clearance accountability database systems (DISS preferred).

Demonstrated an understanding of AR 380-5, AR 380-67, AR 190-13, AR 190-51, and ATP 3-39.32 Able to complete visitor logs, equipment logs, supply registers, inspection sheets utilizing Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint (within 180 days of hiring). Able to complete SF 700, SF 701, SF 702, and DA Form 5513 Able to stand and/or walk for up to 2 hours with no break.

Able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted. Able to drive motor vehicle for up to five hours unassisted, maintain valid civilian driver’s license and obtain a military vehicle operator’s permit; may be required to maneuver light truck and trailer combinations (No CDL Required). Able to work a modified work schedule to include evenings and weekends. Able to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation Details:

$67,000 - $100,000
