As an Teleoperations Control Center Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Autonomous Vehicle Operations team supporting live, mission‑critical remote operations for an advanced transportation platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Teleoperations Control Center Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
What's the Job?
- Monitor and support real‑time operations through secure systems
- Assist automated platforms during operational exceptions and complex scenarios
- Follow established safety and operational procedures in time‑sensitive situations
- Communicate clearly with internal operations and support teams
- Document events, system activity, and operational outcomes
What's Needed?
- Experience working in fast‑paced, screen‑based environments (such as technical monitoring, control centers, gaming, simulation, or multi‑system platforms) is required
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to remain calm and effective in fast‑paced, high‑reliability environments
- Availability to work one weekend day per week and all major holidays
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
