Handle Security inquiries and requests from guests and personnel in a timely manner;
Respond to emergencies including medical, fire, storms, power outages, criminal activity, hazardous material exposure, civil disorder, bomb threats, death or suicide, and lost persons;
Support CCTV cameras, telephones and emergency lines, radio communications, fire panel, and employee key distribution and control;
Write and provide precise accurate documentation in incident reports and logs;
Conduct follow up investigations using statements, photographs, video footage, and communication to the Director of Security and Executive Management
