Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to support authorized entry, protect property, and address security-related concerns;
Assist with incident documentation, communication with site contacts, and follow-up on security-related issues while maintaining a courteous presence for guests and staff;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols
