Security Officer Unarmed - Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a high-traffic entertainment and retail location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, walkways, and the business perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Complete required reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and emergency responders as needed.
