Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist visitors and staff with directions and general inquiries, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols.;
Support a professional environment by observing daily activity, reporting hazards and maintenance concerns, and following post orders for an unarmed patrol assignment.
