Security Officer - Secure Facility

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals according to site procedures.;
Monitor access to the building lobby and related entry points, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.;
Assist with answering phones, receiving deliveries, maintaining required records, and communicating relevant security-related information to building management and Allied Universal leadership.
