Monitor and patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and protect all hotel assets;
Maintain a safe and secure environment by performing protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner;
Spend majority of shift on foot patrol, observing for security risks and disturbances;
Assist guests with door lock problems and coordinate emergency responses in a calm manner;
Escort guests and employees as required to parking lots and handle lost and found items
