Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, business areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures and applicable privacy expectations;
Document and report incidents, observations, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
