Security Officer - Corporate Protection

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; verify access credentials and follow site procedures for directing guests and reporting access-related issues.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken in accordance with site policies.;
Prepare clear and accurate reports of daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
