Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team is a family‑owned design‑build firm specializing in high‑end residential remodeling throughout the East Valley.

We are hiring a hands‑on Residential Remodeling Superintendent to manage multiple active projects while maintaining schedule, quality, and client experience. This is a field leadership role -- not a desk job.

• Manage day‑to‑day field operations for active remodel projects
• Create and maintain job schedules and 2‑week look‑ahead
• Coordinate and lead trade partners
• Perform light hands‑on carpentry when needed (finish work, cabinets, punch)
• Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes
• Communicate directly with homeowners
• Document updates and progress in Job Tread

• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
• Strong self‑perform ability (finish carpentry, cabinet installation, punch)
• Experience managing multiple remodel projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in occupied homes
• Ability to read plans and solve field issues quickly
• Valid driver's license and professional jobsite presence
• Experience with Job Tread, Buildertrend, or similar software preferred

• $35 to $45+ per hour
