AboutThe Role
Hochuli Design & Remodeling Team is a family‑owned design‑build firm specializing in high‑end residential remodeling throughout the East Valley.
We are hiring a hands‑on Residential Remodeling Superintendent to manage multiple active projects while maintaining schedule, quality, and client experience. This is a field leadership role -- not a desk job.
What You'll Do- Manage day‑to‑day field operations for active remodel projects
- Create and maintain job schedules and 2‑week look‑ahead
- Coordinate and lead trade partners
- Perform light hands‑on carpentry when needed (finish work, cabinets, punch)
- Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes
- Communicate directly with homeowners
- Document updates and progress in Job Tread
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Strong self‑perform ability (finish carpentry, cabinet installation, punch)
- Experience managing multiple remodel projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in occupied homes
- Ability to read plans and solve field issues quickly
- Valid driver's license and professional jobsite presence
- Experience with Job Tread, Buildertrend, or similar software preferred
- $35 to $45+ per hour
- Overtime eligible
