Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 / hour
DescriptionJob Description:
- Low-Voltage Installation Technician
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands‑on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3 yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your
Location:
- Our Office: 7500 E Pinnacle Peak Rd Suite H-121, Scottsdale, AZ 85255
- Projects are located in the surrounding area
Your
Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
- Mon‑Fri: 7:30am‑4:30pm

- Pull/Terminate/Test Low‑Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron)
- Mount devices at the ends of those wires
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron)
- Lower Skill or No Programming = Less Pay
- AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
- Security Installation
- Low‑Voltage Cable Pulling
- Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
- Electrician (HV or LV)
- $30-$50/hr – Yup!
- 401k w/ 4% match
- 8 Paid Holidays
- PTO:
Yr 1 = 5 days, Yrs 2‑4 = 10 days, Yrs 5+ = 15 days
