This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience who wants to build a long‑term career in the custom window treatment industry. You will work alongside experienced installers, learn specialized installation techniques, and gain exposure to motorized and automated shade systems.

• Assist lead installers with the installation of custom draperies, blinds, shades, shutters, decorative hardware, and other window treatment products.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Help measure and prepare installation sites.
• Learn to install, program, and troubleshoot motorized and automated shade systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at customer locations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Assist with problem‑solving and job‑site preparation to ensure successful installations.
• Safely operate company vehicles when authorized.

• At least 1 year of related experience in window treatments, construction, finish carpentry, cabinetry, home improvement, low‑voltage systems, or a similar hands‑on trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work from ladders.

• Experience with blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, or other window covering products.
• Familiarity with power tools and measuring techniques.
• Exposure to motorized shades, smart‑home systems, or low‑voltage wiring.
• Customer‑facing service experience.
