We are Schroeder’s Custom Coatings Inc., a family‑run business with over 25 years in Residential and Commercial flooring solutions, and operating in Phoenix and surrounding areas, we specialize in Residential and Commercial floor coatings, decorative chip systems, and industrial concrete cleaning.

We have the following positions available for immediate hire:

FT Epoxy Floor Installer

We are looking for a floor coating installer with at least 1 year of construction experience or an exceptional person with the willingness to learn. OSHA certification is preferred but we can provide the training to obtain your 10‑hour OSHA card.

• Arriving on time. Our day starts at 7 am.
• Prepping the trailer for the day's jobs, including loading, cleaning, and restocking.
• Cleaning the trailer after the day's jobs, including unloading, tool inspection, and clean‑up.
• Ability to manage your and your team's time during installation. We want you to enjoy work and not have to deal with loafers.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with your team, with clients, and the general public.

This is a permanent FT, up to 60 hours per week, position - yes, we offer overtime. Occasionally, there are weekend and evening installations depending on job perimeters. Payrate is $18- $25 per hour and based on your interview and experience. Respond through I------------ to complete the assessments and schedule an interview.

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license & US citizen documents (Social Security card, birth certificate, or unexpired passport) and a clean MVD report
• Ability to complete online OSHA training at no cost to you within 30 days after which you will receive a raise (You may use our computer if needed)
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
• Physically able to work in the heat, this is Phoenix after all
• Team player with a positive attitude
