Moorhouse Coating is seeking an experienced Stucco Finisher for contract work on commercial and residential projects in Scottsdale. This is a W-2 contract-as-employee role with competitive pay and flexible project scheduling.
Responsibilities- Apply and finish stucco, plaster, and specialty coatings per project specs
- Prepare surfaces and mix materials to required consistency
- Coordinate with project leads on schedules and quality checks
- Maintain safe, clean work areas and adhere to safety standards
- 3+ years of stucco/plaster finishing experience
- Proven track record of quality craftsmanship
- Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Contract finishing experience in commercial settings
