We are seeking an experienced Aerial Rigger for contract-as-employee work in Scottsdale. Set up and operate swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts for coating and finishing projects on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities- Install, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding and aerial work platforms
- Operate lifts and hoists safely on job sites
- Rig and tie off equipment per safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams on equipment setup and scheduling
- 3+ years of aerial rigging or scaffolding experience
- Knowledge of OSHA rigging and fall protection standards
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified rigger or scaffold builder credential
