Aerial Rigger

Moorhouse Coating is hiring a safety-focused Aerial Rigger in Scottsdale to set up, operate, and maintain swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts for commercial and residential coating projects.

• Install, inspect, and dismantle swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and material hoists safely
• Tie off and rig equipment according to OSHA and manufacturer standards
• Perform daily safety inspections and document equipment condition
• Coordinate with crew leads and project managers on equipment needs
• Maintain and organize rigging hardware and safety gear

• 2+ years of aerial rigging, scaffolding, or lift operating experience
• Familiarity with OSHA fall protection and rigging standards
• Comfortable working at significant heights
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

• Scaffold builder or rigger certification
• NCCER or similar credential
• Experience with swing stages and suspended scaffolding
• CDL or equipment operator certification
