Join Moorhouse Coating in Scottsdale as a Stucco Finisher. You'll apply and finish stucco, plaster, and specialty coatings on residential and commercial projects, ensuring durable, high-quality surfaces that meet our standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Apply base coats, finish coats, and textures to interior and exterior surfaces
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming as needed
- Mix and match stucco/plaster materials to specification
- Work with crew leads to maintain schedules and quality standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- 2+ years of stucco, plaster, or EIFS finishing experience
- Experience with hand and spray application techniques
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Stucco or plaster certification
- Experience with synthetic and acrylic finishes
- OSHA-10 certification
- Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities
