Sentral is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team. You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC upkeep, and perform preventative maintenance to keep facilities in excellent condition.
The role requires an on-call schedule and strong customer service in a residents-first environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, plus technical training in maintenance, with CPO and HVAC certifications preferred.
