Currently, we're actively looking for an Experienced Pool Service Technician; a summary of the role can be found below.
$18.00 hourly during training. After training, you will transition to a salaried non-exempt role with a tiered pay structure based on the number of pools successfully serviced each week.
Summary of DescriptionThe Experienced Pool Service Technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our customers swimming pools. Experienced Pool Service Technicians are customer-facing and are expected to approach each job professionally to maintain our high standard of customer care.

- Perform the cleaning and water balance of the swimming pool
- Scrub pool tiles, floors, and walls of swimming pools
- Empty skimmer baskets and pump baskets
- Net pool surface to clear out leaves and other debris
- Vacuum pool floors and stairs
- Clean and backwash pool filters
- Check all pool chemical levels and ensure proper pool chemistry at each pool.
- Add chlorine, acid, and other chemicals to correct the water balance
- Visually inspect the pool and advise any next steps to the client
- Check the pool equipment to ensure proper operation
- Drive the company vehicle to the customers location
- Daily walk-around and inspection of the assigned company vehicle
- Perform regular truck inspections and notify the mechanic of any issue that arises in real-time
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and chemical stock inventory levels in the vehicle
- Complete paperwork and reporting service requirements to management
- Communicate with the internal team and with customers through email and messaging applications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
