• Complete a wide range of HVAC tasks including routine maintenance & service, installation, troubleshooting & repairing HVAC systems
• Create positive experiences with customers during all customer interactions
• Maintain inventory on service vehicle
• Attend service and safety meetings
• Drive to multiple service locations each day
• Responsible for scheduling maintenance/repairs of company service vehicle
• Assist other Service Technicians with questions and troubleshooting
• Complete the forms required for processing warranty parts
• Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum - 3 years of previous HVAC experience
- Possess a valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Must pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to climb ladder and enter/exit attic and roof spaces
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs regularly; up to 75lbs occasionally; and 75+lbs with assistance.
Demonstrates expertise in HVAC system maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting, while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Capable of managing service vehicle inventory and adhering to safety protocols in diverse work environments.
