Diagnoses mechanical problems and repairs and maintains equipment including hydraulic systems, recycling equipment, belts, motors, conveyors, and compactors;
Troubleshoots electromechanical equipment and reads schematics and PLC instructions;
Performs preventive maintenance and routine servicing to maximize safe operations;
Completes field service reports and communicates repair needs to supervisors;
Installs and sets up new equipment and coordinates with vendors on maintenance schedules
