The Project Coordinatorisresponsibleforoverseeingandmanagingtheplanning ,execution,andcompletionofsecurityfilminstallationprojects.
Thisrolerequiresablendofprojectmanagementskills,problem-solving skills,technicalknowledgeofsecurityfilmsystems,andtheabilitytocoordinatewithvariousstakeholdersinvolvedintheinstallationprocess.
Strongorganizationalskills,time management,andtheabilitytodeliverexceptionalcustomerservicearerequired.
Thispositionisconsideredsafety-sensitivebecauseitperformsdutiesintheresidentialorcommercialpremisesofacustomerandmayoperateamotorvehicle,equipment,machinery,orpowertools.

Project Planning:
- Collaboratewithclientstounderstandtheirsecurityfilmrequirementsandspecifications.
- Developcomprehensiveprojectplans,including timelines,resource allocation,travelplansandbudgetestimation.
- Conductsiteassessmentstoevaluateinstallationrequirementsandpotentialchallenges.
- Verifyprojectsproperlydocumented,contractedandinsuredpriortoinstallation.
- Coordinateprojectactivitiesandmanageresourcestoensuretimelyandsuccessfulcompletionofsecurityfilminstallations.
- Coordinateinstallationteams,contractors,andsubcontractorsinvolvedintheproject.
- Monitorprojectprogress,resolve issues,andmitigaterisksthatmayariseduringinstallation.
ThisincludescompliancewithanyjobspecificsafetyorOSHArequirements. - Traveltojobsitelocationstomonitorprogressandperformanceandensurequalitycontrolmetricsaremet.
Thisincludespostinstallationinspectionsandcustomerengagement.
- Possessadeepunderstandingof Safe Haven Defense ,LLCsecurityfilmproducts,theirspecifications,andinstallationtechniques.
- Providetechnicalguidanceandsupporttoinstallationteamsandtroubleshootanytechnicalissuespriortoorduringtheinstallationprocess.
- Actastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,contractors,andotherstakeholdersthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
- Communicateprojectupdates,progress reports,andanychangesinplanstostakeholdersinaclearandtimelymanner.
- Createweeklyreportsoffinancialachievementsandprojectcompletionsfor
Executive
Team. - Createweeklyprogressreportsofinstallationactivityasdirectedby Operations leadership.
Experience:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinarelevantfield(e.g.,Engineering,Project Management,Construction Management) orequivalentworkexperiencepreferred
- Provenexperienceinsecurityfilminstallationsorrelatedfieldspreferred.
- Strongtechnicalknowledgeofsecurityfilmproducts,their installation,andmaintenancepreferred.
- Excellent organizational,leadership,customerserviceandcommunicationskills.
- Proficiencyinprojectmanagementtoolsandsoftware.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyandprioritizetaskseffectivelyandefficiently.
- Attentiontodetailandafocusondeliveringhigh-qualityresultswithinspecifiedtimelinesandbudgets.
- Knowledgeofsafetyregulationsandbestpracticesinconstructionandinstallationwork.
- Travelisrequiredapproximately
25% ofthetime.
- Abilitytopassapre-hiredrugtestandbackgroundcheckwithmotorvehiclereportaswellasongoingbackgroundchecks.
- Possessorcanobtainandmaintainavalid Fingerprint Clearance Card .
- Maintenanceofavaliddriverlicense.
- Successfullypassthe
60-dayprobationaryperiodwhereallcredentialsarecompleted,andorientationmetricsaremet.
