• Possess a strong professional & positive, attitude, conduct, and appearance.
• Properly prepare for & complete calls as dispatched by office.
• Manage time and route for efficient travel.
• Complete preventive maintenances procedures.
• Submit accurate and legible work orders, forms & inspection reports.
• Complete all work orders, required & available information.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and test equipment in service-ready condition.
• Cooperate with dispatchers and keep them informed of needs, activity and whereabouts.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a paperless environment.
• Service Titan proficiency is a desirable skill.
