Cool Beans Heating & Air is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled, professional HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a high-quality, customer-focused team.

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Present repair options and recommendations with honesty and confidence
• Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
• Represent the Cool Beans brand with professionalism on every call

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and manage your own calls
• 2+ years of HVAC experience in installs, maintenance and or service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification required
• Nate certification a plus
