We’re seeking an
experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician
with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on service experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and service processes, along with strong skills in customer service and sales.

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Assess the overall condition of systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs.
• Provide written recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.

• Educate customers on their HVAC systems and proper maintenance requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.

• Maintain a neat and organized work area, ensuring cleanliness after each job.
• Convey a safety‐conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.

• Properly maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 + years of experience in HVAC service minimum. 4+ years preferred.
• Universal EPA Certified
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions
• Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial
• Ability to handle system startup and adjustments
