Concrete coring operator

$30–$39 per hour, based on experience

Advanced G.P.R. Corporation is hiring an experienced Concrete Coring & Cutting Operator to join our field team.

We are looking for someone with hands-on professional experience operating diamond core drills and concrete cutting equipment on commercial construction projects.

Scottsdale / Phoenix, Arizona

$30–$39 per hour, based on experience

Advanced G.P.R. Corporation is hiring an experienced Concrete Coring & Cutting Operator to join our field team.

• Perform diamond core drilling / concrete coring in concrete slabs, walls, and structural surfaces
• Operate core drills, hand saws, wall saws, and other concrete cutting equipment
• Complete penetrations for plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and construction applications
• Properly anchor, mount, level, and operate coring equipment
• Work around rebar, post-tension cables, conduit, and other embedded items
• Read plans, layouts, measurements, and jobsite markings
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe
• Coordinate with GPR technicians, contractors, superintendents, and other trades

3+ years of professional concrete coring and/or concrete cutting experience strongly preferred.

Candidates should have experience with:

• Diamond core drilling
• Concrete coring
• Concrete cutting / sawing
• Commercial construction jobsites
• Core drill setup and anchoring
• Wet drilling and slurry control
• Working safely around structural and embedded components

This is not an entry-level position
. We are specifically looking for candidates who have independently operated professional concrete coring or cutting equipment.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and perform physically demanding field work
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work early mornings and varying jobsite schedules
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be eligible to drive under the company's commercial auto insurance requirements

Advanced G.P.R. Corporation provides specialized concrete scanning, GPR, utility locating, concrete coring, cutting, and subsurface investigation services throughout Arizona.
