Mosaic Contractors is seeking a Shared Living Provider to offer safe, stable in home support to individuals in a shared living arrangement. You will create a dependable home environment, assist with daily living activities, and help coordinate appointments and community engagement. The role requires attention to safety, reliable documentation, and clear communication with company contacts, families, and support teams. Ideal candidates are patient, organized, and comfortable working independently in a home setting connected to a construction focused employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support in a shared home environment
• Monitor resident safety and well being, documenting concerns
• Coordinate with case managers and company contacts on care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home setting
• Support transportation to appointments and community activities
• Follow safety practices relevant to household and nearby construction work
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and external partners
