Contract Position

Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. • Lead and contribute to the software development lifecycle for cryptographic systems and secure communication platforms
• Design and implement Linux kernel drivers for embedded systems
• Integrate solutions on Xilinx SoCs, including Zynq Ultrascale+ and Versal using Peta Linux
• Apply kernel-level debugging techniques to support low-level driver and system performance
• Support development with Linux networking and routing configurations
• Propose and implement high-quality, high-performing solutions with minimal input
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and firmware teams in an Agile development environment
• Champion technology innovations and process improvements
• Contribute to professional development of team members through mentoring and technical leadership

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field – Master’s degree accepted with reduced experience requirement
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
• Linux kernel driver development experience for embedded platforms (required)
• Experience with Peta Linux and Xilinx SoCs (e.g., Zynq Ultrascale+, Versal)
• Proficient in kernel-level debugging techniques
• Familiarity with Linux networking/routing
• Experience with Docker or Podman on Linux (preferred)
• Experience with Wind River Linux (preferred)
• Agile development experience (preferred)
• Department of Defense Secret clearance (preferred at time of hire)
• On-site work or travel may be required based on program needs
