** Scope:
*** Takes full ownership of backend services from design through production operation and user support.
* Drives a strong Dev Ops and operational mindset, ensuring services are reliable, observable, secure, and cost-effective.
* Balances feature delivery with service stability, maintainability, and long-term quality.
* Understands the impact of owned services on dependent teams, platforms, and end users.

* What you’ll do:

*** Design, build, deploy, and operate production backend services end to end.
* Own availability, performance, security, and operational health of services.
* Improve observability, automation, and resilience to reduce operational overhead.
* Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.
* Engage with users and stakeholders, communicate clearly during incidents and changes, and incorporate feedback into service improvements.
** What we are looking for:
*** 7 to 10 years of overall software engineering experience.
* Senior or lead software engineer with strong backend ownership mindset.
* Strong NestJS and Type Script backend experience, with emphasis on clean, maintainable code.
* Solid understanding of Mongo

DB fundamentals, including data modeling and query optimization.
* Strong focus on clean code, testing practices, and code quality standards.
* Demonstrated ownership of production systems, including reliability and operational responsibility.
* Hands-on experience delivering and supporting backend services in production environments.
* Nice to have experience with Azure cloud services, including Logic Apps and CI/CD pipelines.
* Exposure to observability, monitoring, and reliability practices for backend systems.
