AI​/ML Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation tools that streamline operations across our business. You will work closely with internal teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, then develop and maintain solutions that integrate with our existing systems.

• Design and develop AI agents using large language models (Claude, GPT, etc.) to automate business workflows
• Build internal tools and applications that leverage AI capabilities (document processing, data analysis, decision support)
• Create and maintain integrations between AI systems and existing business software including Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and fine-tune AI behavior for specific business use cases
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to connect AI with company knowledge bases
• Establish best practices for AI safety, reliability, and monitoring in production
• Train and support internal teams on using AI tools effectively
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities and evaluate new technologies

• 3+ years software development experience (Python strongly preferred)
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent architectures, and tool use patterns
• Experience with databases, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, etc.)
• Background in agriculture, food production, or similar industries
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models
