Position OverviewPosition Overview: Are you an experienced .NET developer with a passion for cloud-native solutions and App modernization? We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and lead the transformation of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure .NET Application frameworks and relational databases.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Build and manage Azure-native .NET applications (App Services, Azure Container Apps, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.)
- Lead the modernization of legacy on-prem .NET applications to cloud-native architectures on Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev Ops, QA, Product) to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts. Participate in database design and ensure data integrity and performance.
- Apply best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and code reviews
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET development (C#, SQL Server)
- 2+ years of experience building and managing Azure-native applications using the Microsoft ecosystem
- Proven experience refactoring or rearchitecting legacy .NET applications for the cloud
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and Azure services
- Strong hands-on experience using relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Azure Dev Ops)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile environments
- Strong hands-on experience using relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
- Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-305)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containers, and serverless computing
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform)
