What you’ll do:

* Education**:
** BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
* 7
-10 years in enterprise software development.
* Experience in Large-scale enterprise applications development
* Full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support)
* Enterprise integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, JMS, EDI)
* Database development and optimization (Oracle or similar RDBMS)
* Web technologies like React.js, AJAX, jQuery, or similar
* Expertise in Java, J2EE, and backend development
* Object-Oriented Design, data structures, and algorithms
* Software design patterns and architecture
* Mentoring and leading development teams
* CI/CD pipelines, build, and release management

* They mentor and guide senior and junior developers, facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Dev Ops, and Production Support. They stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement in development processes, architecture, and platform evolution.
* Own and define technical design for complex enterprise systems.
* Lead design, and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
* Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
* Identify and drive reusable frameworks and components across projects.
* Remain hands-on with coding, primarily in Java, J2EE, and backend integrations.
* Ensure proper unit, integration, and functional testing and oversee CI/CD build and release readiness.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production defects.
* Mentor and guide a team of developers and senior developers on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
* Plan, prioritize, and assign work to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
* Collaborate with Product Management, QA, Dev Ops, and Production Support teams.
