We are hiring a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to help build and evolve modern mobile applications used at meaningful scale.

This role is heavily focused on React Native and cross‑platform mobile development, but we are specifically looking for engineers who also bring foundational experience in native iOS and/or native Android development. Long term, the organization is strategically moving toward a unified React Native environment, but the team still values engineers who understand the native layers underneath the platform.

This is a highly collaborative engineering environment where product quality, user experience, performance, and long‑term scalability matter. The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with product, design, and engineering leadership while helping shape technical direction as the mobile platform continues to evolve.

While the company operates with strong remote flexibility, they highly value in‑person collaboration and are looking for Arizona‑based engineers who are open to spending time in the Scottsdale office on a regular basis.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native
• Contribute to native mobile functionality within iOS and/or Android when needed
• Help drive the long‑term transition toward a more unified cross‑platform mobile architecture
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and fellow engineers
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical roadmap planning
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Contribute to reusable mobile components, shared libraries, and development standards
• Help modernize legacy mobile functionality and workflows
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers on mobile best practices
• Evaluate and leverage AI tooling to improve development workflows and engineering efficiency
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, mobile release processes, and testing strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4–7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• React Native
• Mobile application architecture and state management
• RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations
• Experience with native mobile development in at least one of the following:
• Understanding of Apple App Store and/or Google Play deployment processes
• Experience building and shipping production mobile applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience supporting both native iOS and native Android environments
• Experience migrating native applications into React Native
• Familiarity with Expo or modern React Native tooling ecosystems
• Experience with Flutter is a strong plus, as the team has recently started building and experimenting with Flutter‑based applications and workflows
• Experience with automated mobile testing frameworks
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and backend integrations
• Experience working in agile product environments (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience modernizing legacy mobile applications
• Interest in AI‑enabled product experiences and developer tooling
