Are you a meticulous front‑end web developer with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Front‑End Web Developer looking to play a critical role in building robust, high‑quality web solutions that drive our clients' businesses forward.

You will be expected to be fluent in HTML and CSS with good working knowledge and experience with jQuery/JS/PHP, practicing relevant coding practices. Knowledge of Elementor and visual builders, Word Press theme/plugin development, and experience coding HTML emails is a plus. The James Agency is looking for passionate people who are driven to do the best work possible in a timely fashion.

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to implement website features and ensure a seamless user experience
• Customize existing Word Press themes and plugins to meet project requirements
• Optimize website performance, including page load times and overall user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development or after deployment
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, tools, and Word Press updates

• 1-2 years experience
• Proficiency in Word Press and other content management systems
• A portfolio showcasing your Word Press/website development work is required
• Experience with Elementor and other visual builders
• Ability to cleanly code and customize HTML, CSS, jQuery/JS, and PHP
• Responsive design and coding
• Knowledge of Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with wire framing and design tools such as Figma
• Ability to optimize and prepare assets for web
• Ability to translate approved designs into coded templates and pages
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker
• Desire and ability to learn processes and protocols of the agency
• Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree in a related major or relevant job experience
• Works well in a team environment (you have to be cool)

• Experience coding and cross‑testing HTML emails
• Experience with GTM tags, triggers, and variables and Google Analytics maintenance
• Understanding of SEO best practices and tools
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms, particularly Woo Commerce
• Experience with third‑party API integration
• Lottie and other web animation experiences
