Full Stack Engineer

We're a Scottsdale-based golf technology startup building two products on shared infrastructure: a B2B white-label coaching platform used by instructors and academies, and a D2C app that helps everyday golfers improve their swing with AI. Small team, fast pace, real users, real revenue.

You'll work across both products on a single shared stack, reporting to the CTO. Expect a mix of building new features, fixing bugs, shipping small improvements daily, and learning a lot quickly. We don't silo juniors into a corner — you'll touch frontend, backend, and database work from week one.

• Build and maintain features across our web apps and mobile apps (iOS, Android)
• Support and improve the process of releasing mobile apps
• Write database queries, security policies, and schema changes
• Wire up APIs, auth flows, and third-party integrations
• Fix bugs reported by real users and ship the fix the same week
• Pair with the CTO on architecture decisions so you understand the why, not just the what

• 0–2 years of professional development experience (internships, bootcamp + projects, or self-taught with a portfolio all count)
• Comfortable with React and component-based UI work
• Some SQL exposure — you've written queries, even if not in production
• Git basics: branches, PRs, resolving merge conflicts without panicking
• You ask questions when stuck instead of spinning for three days

• Personal projects you've launched (live, in users' hands)
• Modern React frameworks
• Postgres or any relational database experience
• A CSS framework you're comfortable with
• Any hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling

• Hybrid: 3–5 days/week in our Scottsdale office
• $60K–$80K base + vested equity
