Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer
Position:
Full-time Application Developer – Information Technology.
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.
Work schedule:
hybrid, with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
Locations:
Atlanta, La Vista, Oakdale, Scottsdale, St. Petersburg. Applicants must be located at one of our hubs listed above and willing to work this schedule.
The primary responsibility of this position is to work with key stakeholders to develop, modify, and maintain web-based applications, including all components (DB, API, Integration, and Web). As an Application Developer in the Product Delivery and Architecture Organization, you will collaborate with other team members in system design, development, deployment, and maintenance of core advisor-facing applications.
An entrepreneurial and collaborative approach will drive success as you use Microsoft Azure, .NET, and AI tools to innovate and build new features to serve over 11,000 Financial Professionals across the country.
Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a technical field strongly preferred.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with significant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations to provide best-in-class software design and delivery.
- Participate in Scaled Agile engineering practices across teams.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and document progress.
- Analyze functional and business requirements.
- Translate user requirements into development specifications.
- Design, code, unit test, debug, check in, and document reusable source code.
- Develop solutions using C#.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular.
- Build and deploy applications using Dev Ops practices (CI/CD).
- Perform troubleshooting and code migration.
- Write optimized SQL queries and maintain database objects (tables, views, functions, constraints, keys).
- Create testing scenarios and automated scripts for user sign-off.
- Ensure smooth deployments with implementation teams.
- Serve as SME on enterprise solutions.
- Maintain code versions via Git.
- Document development, testing, and issue resolution using lifecycle tracking tools.
- Resolve support issues with users.
- Review code and scripts for performance issues.
Develop and maintain functional, technical, and end-user documentation. - Utilize and advocate for AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot).
- Share knowledge to improve team skills and environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience in financial services, banking, or broker‑dealer setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code or other AI developer tools.
- Experience with Agile Software development, Azure Dev Ops/JIRA at the enterprise level.
- Understanding of SDLC.
- Strong web UI application development experience.
- 3+ years coding experience in SQL, Stored Procedures, C#.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework.
- Solid front‑end skills:
Angular (v18+), jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap. - Experience with REST APIs using .NET Core.
