Software Engineer with an Active Top Secret Clearance

We're seeking a Software Engineer to join a collaborative team supporting the Titan Program in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you'll help develop mission‑critical software solutions that support key defense initiatives and provide direct impact to the U.S. Warfighter in a highly innovative engineering environment.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support software solutions for mission‑critical defense applications in a collaborative engineering environment. Responsibilities include participating in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, integration, and technical problem‑solving. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support enterprise‑level software applications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience with Java software development
- Experience using Maven build tools and IDEs such as VSCode
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and interface development
- Experience working in enterprise software or AWS environments
- Familiarity with source control and collaboration tools such as Git Lab
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related technical field
- 2+ years of software engineering or software development experience, or Master's degree plus 6+ months of related experience
- Agile development experience
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and development processes
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to solve complex problems
- Comfortable providing technical leadership and collaborating across teams
- Interest in applying AI technologies to improve efficiency and innovation
- Strong communication skills and commitment to professional development
- Agile development experience
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and development processes
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to solve complex problems

- Flexible 9/80 work schedule available
- Overtime may be required based on project needs
