The Junior Developer plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance clinic operations and improve the patient experience. We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona
. This is a full-time
, on‑site salaried position.

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of internal software applications and system integrations.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement front‑end and back‑end solutions that enhance clinic workflows and patient experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following established best practices.
• Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable application performance.
• Assist with data migration, API integrations, and system configuration tasks.
• Partner with QA and project management teams to ensure timely and high‑quality software releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Pinnacle Fertility’s technology standards, data security protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience in software development (internships or entry‑level roles acceptable).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and database management preferred.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.
