Pay Pal, Inc. seeks an Analyst, Systems Analysis to work closely with Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams to build and support RPA and automation solutions.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for automation.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automations using Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, Python, Excel Macros, and Power Apps.
• Participate in feasibility analysis and design new automation implementations, leveraging Gen AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Intake incident tickets, analyze root causes, and perform break‑fix/debugging using the full technology stack.
• Document technical artifacts, including Blue Prism/UiPath process definitions, Python code, Power Platform solution designs, and system architecture diagrams.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau and Power BI to monitor automation performance and business metrics.
• Design process solutions that adhere to Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Platform, and Python coding best practices and governance policies.
• Test all automation solutions thoroughly, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide partial telecommuting, within a commutable distance from the office.

• Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

• Experience designing and developing enterprise automation solutions using Blue Prism or UiPath, Python, and Excel Macros with VBA (3 years).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) (2 years).
• Generative AI capabilities and building interactive dashboards using Tableau (2 years).
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues in RPA environments (3 years).
• Experience creating comprehensive technical documentation for automation solutions and collaborating with Finance, Technology, and Compliance departments (3 years).
• Blue Prism (2 years).
• UiPath (3 years).
• Python (3 years).
• Excel Macros (3 years).
• Tableau (2 years).
• Power BI (2 years).

Base Salary: $–$ per annum, 40 hours per week, M‑F, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
